Hot Toddy & Mini Cranberry Brie Bowls

Infused Hot Toddy for One

It’s that time of year again. Whether you have a cold or just want to avoid getting one a Hot Toddy is not just a soothing drink it’s a refreshing remedy. Punch the healing powers by skipping the whiskey and infusing it with cannabis instead.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ Lemon (Wedge)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 3 Whole Cloves
  • 1 tsp Local Honey
  • 1tbsp Infused Coconut Oil
  • 1 Mug Full of Water
  • Pinch ground turmeric
  • Optional: 
    A pinch of cayenne pepper
    Organic Lemon Slice for Garnish 

Prepare:

  1. Simmer water in a pot over a medium heat
  2. Stir in cinnamon, cloves, honey and infused coconut oil
  3. Remove from heat, cover with lid and let sit for 5minutes
  4. Strain into a mug
  5. Squeeze in lemon
  6. Spice it up with a pinch of turmeric and cayenne pepper

Mini Cranberry Brie Bowls

These fancy looking appetizers are so easy a stoner can make them. Be careful sharing with friends though, they’re so good you’ll be asked to bring them to every holiday get together!

Ingredients:
  • Dusting off All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 (8 oz) Crescent Dough or Puff Pastry
  • 1 (8 oz) Brie Cheese
  • 1 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce (not jellied)
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
  • 2 tbsp Infused Coconut Oil
Prepare:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°f
  2. Grease mini muffin tin with coconut oil and sprinkle with flour
  3. Roll out crescent dough, pinching together the seams
  4. Cut dough into 24 equal squares and place in muffin tin
  5. Cut Brie into small pieces and place inside crescent dough squares
  6. Spoon in a generous helping of cranberry sauce and garnish with rosemary
  7. Bake approximately 15 minutes until crescent dough is golden brown
  8. Brush dough with infused coconut oil and serve warm
